● After placing the order today, how long will it take to receive the product?
For products in stock, shipment will be completed within 7 working days after order confirmation (from Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays and weekends).
● Can I specify a delivery time slot or holiday for my order?
You can specify a designated delivery time in the comment field, but we cannot guarantee a specific time during holidays and peak shipping periods (such as Mother's Day, Spring Festival, Mid-Autumn Festival, and Loong Boat Festival).
● The delivery address for home delivery needs to be changed. How can I make the change?
After completing your order, you will not be able to change the delivery address directly online. Therefore, we kindly request you to contact customer service first. If the product has not yet been shipped, you can change the delivery address.
● If I ordered the wrong item or am not satisfied with the online purchase, can I exchange it directly?
I'm sorry, but currently we do not offer services for directly changing order attributes or exchanging for other products by refunding the difference. If you indeed have such a need, please complete it within 7 days of the product arrival.
● How is the 7-day hesitation period calculated?
The first day is calculated from the day the ordered goods arrive.
